This stunning hand-blown opaline art glass vase was produced by renowned Italian glass designer Seguso Vetri d'Arte in collaboration with Angelo Donghia (1935-1985). Donghia was a visionary leader of bold interior design in the 1970s and 80s.
The vase is minimalist in design. It consists of white opaline glass cased inside clear, flaring out to a trumpet bell shape at the top. Its large size of 18 inches tall x 8.5 inches wide provides a striking focal point among modern and mid-century decor. It weighs approximately 11 pounds and is signed Donghia on the base.
Excellent condition with light scratches on the bottom. No chips or cracks.
